Asymptotic analysis of M/M/1 RQ-system with feedback and non-ordinary Poisson arrival

The paper studies the M/M/1 RQ-system with non-ordinary Poisson arrival. Customers for system come in groups. Every moment in time no more than one customer is served, others go into orbit. Having been served the customer leaves the system or goes to re-service or into orbit. An asymptotic analysis method is used to find the stationary distribution of the number of customers in the orbit. A long delay between customers from the orbit is proposed as asymptotic condition.
